Inside the condo you will find a nicely decorated & newly renovated open concept living area. The living room features a comfortable couch, flat screen TV, and access to a private patio overlooking Little Bay. You will find that the dining table seats up to 4 people, with 3 more seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, cook top, oven and coffee maker.

This unit also features a designated parking spot, designated boat slip that is located directly behind the condo, just a few steps from the back patio. Fish cleaning stations are also provided throughout the complex.

The primary bedroom is spacious with a Queen-sized bed, tv, and coastal decor that has access to the shared hallway bathroom featuring a step-in tiled shower. This bedroom also offers access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has 2 twin sized bed, and coastal decor that has access to the private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Please Note:

No boat or boat trailer parking is allowed at the complex. You can dock your boat at the condo, but you would need to find trailer parking elsewhere. The nearest boat ramp is Rockport Beach which does provide trailer parking. It should be noted that access into Rockport Beach is secured/gated.
